Anton Sloboda

Since acquiring his cosmetology degree from the Gene Juarez Academy in 2007, Anton Sloboda has fueled his passion as a dedicated artist by continually advancing his style and coloring skills through specialized training with some of the best industry leaders in cosmetology. With advanced technique courses from the likes of Bumble & Bumble, Oribe, Wella, Goldwell, KMS, and Baxter barbering, you can expect to receive exceptional quality in service and performance under the care of Anton’s skilled hands. Anton’s desire to help improve the quality of life for others extends to his missionary and volunteer work overseas in non-profit organizations working with youth and the underprivileged. His passion for helping others feel good started from a very young age. Since his immigration from Minsk, Belarus to Seattle with his family in 1998, Anton has taken up community service work, playing the drums at his local church, and professional modeling to grow his outreach and offer positive reinforcement. In everything he commits to, he is consistent in his strategy to start, improve, reach excellence, and share in his success.

Hayley Cunnington

I’ve always had a passion for art and bonding with people so doing hair was a great career choice for me! I graduated in 2012 from Gary Manuel Aveda. After starting my career at Gene Juarez as a colorist, I grew to love the industry even more and decided to branch out and work for Stan. Having the ability to give someone a custom color and cut is my main goal. I’ve had training from Aveda, Loreal, Wella, and worked with product like Oribe, Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble, R+Co Brazlian Blow out and more. On my off time I love having brunch, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Oksana Kaparchuk

Every since I was a little girl, beauty and hair has been my passion. At age 16 I was overwhelmed by all the options of career fields and got a degree in Business Administration, then shortly after that realized that I should have kept at my passion. So I finished beauty school in 2015 following immediately with an apprenticeship program at Seven Salon which provided hands on experience and advanced training in haircutting, and Wella color. I am proud to now further my passion here at Stan Parente Salon. Whether it’s a haircut, a color, a balayage or a style, I’m determined to create an image to compliment the client's skin tone, bone structure and eyes. I also strive to make my clients feel comfortable and leave the salon looking even more beautiful than they came in. I look forward to meeting you in person!

Polly Yingcharoen

Hi, I’m Polly. I grew up in Thailand. I moved to Seattle in 2005. I love doing hair ever since I was a kid, but I’d never realized to become a hair stylist until I finished my interior design degree from Bellevue College. After graduating from college, I decided to continue my education at Gene Juarez Academy in Mountlake Terrace. I graduated from there in January 2014. And Stan Parente Salon was my first salon choice to work at. I started working here as an apprentice in May 2014. Beyond my training at the salon I also have attended Sassoon advanced cutting class and Wella color classes. In my spare time I love cooking, shopping, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. It’s kind of a challenging career for me. I’ve learned something new everyday from both clients and co-workers. I have to work on my magic to make people beautiful in the way they wanted. I’m very serious and very precise about my work. My clients are like my master art pieces, I have to make sure that they look fabulous before they leave the salon.
