Re-do

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service, we would be happy to have you back in so that we may correct the issue. A re-do is scheduled exactly like regular appointments and will be provided at no additional cost as long as you call to schedule the re-do appointment within 3-5 days of your original appointment. Re-dos will be scheduled within two weeks of your original appointment, with the same stylist who provided the service. On the rare occasion you feel that the stylist is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made. If a re-do appointment request is made after the 3-5 days following your original appointment or the change requested varies greatly from what was discussed between you and your stylist during your consultation at the beginning of your appointment, the appointment will be treated as a new service and will be charged as such. Refunds may only be given after in-salon consultation with the owner and manager, and only after we have been given the opportunity to correct any issues.


Cancellations, Confirmations
& Tardies

A credit card is required for all first-time clients, all online bookings, all group bookings, and some specialty services (example: extensions or corrective colors) to reserve your appointment. To avoid being charged for your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service and 48 hours notice for group bookings. 50% of the scheduled service will be charged in the event of any short notice cancellation or no-show appointments.

As a courtesy, an automated system will text and email you to confirm your appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and time to avoid late arrival, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service you have scheduled and may have to reschedule the appointment to a different day.

 

Product Returns & Exchanges

Most unopened or opened merchandise sold by The Stan Parente Salons can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, or refunded in the same way you originally paid. If you're missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system.
